The “802.11n Essentials and Applications” training offered by Wireless Training Solutions, offers a three day, instructor-led, guided tour of the newly ratified 802.11n protocol including hands-on labs using equipment from three enterprise-grade hardware vendors. During this course the instructor will condense the 1240 page, 802.11n standard into an entertaining and understandable presentation that simplifies the dozens of new features, clearly explains the benefits and shortfalls, and provides the real-world experience needed to successfully design, and deploy an 802.11n WLAN.

Overview:The "802.11n Essentials and Applications” hands-on labs allow students to configure and compare three cutting-edge, enterprise-grade, full-featured 802.11n access points using the clearly documented step-by-step lab guides. Each student is provided with a mobile workstation used for the length of the course to perform configuration, management, and testing of the APs (Cisco AP1252, Motorola AP7131, and AeroHive AP340) and state-of-the-art 802.11n client adapters (Linksys WPC600n and Ubiquiti SR71).
