Who is WiTS ?
Rick Murphy is the lead courseware writer and instructor. He authored the CWNAv2, CWNAv3, most of CWNAv4, and CWSPv3 courseware. He was the previous lead instructor for the entire CWNP Learning Partner program. Rick currently teaches, writes, and consults about technologies from popular wireless vendors, such as CWNP, Anritsu, Aperto, Alvarion, AirMagnet, Ekahau, Aerohive, Motorola, Aruba, AirDefense, 7Signal, Cisco, Proxim, and WirelessLogix, and PCTEL.
Scott Williams is the head of Sales at WiTS. Prior to joining WiTS in 2010, he was one of the key owners of CWNP Inc. and one of the original four, who built the CWNP Program. Scott developed successful vendor models for vendor specific training for Air Magnet, Aruba, Motorola and Trapeze, including the entire CWNP training operations. He managed the Motorola specific training, which trained over 500 Motorola employees and VARS operations. Scott managed “The Best of the Best”, including all of the contract trainers and over 50 CWNP education partners. Hundreds of DoD, US Nary, and Air Force personnel has been trained through his network of trainers. Scott has been instrumental in the development and building of these relationships in the wireless LAN industry. His philosophy, “You are only as good as your last job” keeps satisfied clients returning.
